By booking and payment of the deposit for a party with Once Upon A Princess Party all clients agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking Fee/Deposit: In order to complete a booking and secure your date and time, a booking fee/deposit of $20.00 per character is required. After this fee has been paid it is non-refundable.

Payment: The client agrees to make payment for the remaining balance of their party at least 48 hours prior to the visit.


Cancellation: In the event of cancellation the client will not be refunded their deposit. We have made your party a special priority, and have reserved a performer and your preferred character for your requested date and time. We ask that in the rare occurrence that you may need to cancel or reschedule your party that you inform Once Upon A Princess Party as soon as possible. This allows us to open up our availability for another child who may wish to have a princess attend their party. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.


Changes to date, time, location, or character: In the occurrence that you need to make changes to your scheduled party we ask that you inform us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your request, but will do our best to make the desired change.

Party Activities: Our signature one hour visit is designed to best suit 5-15 children. There is no additional fee for extra children. However, if there are more than 15 children the princess may need to alter her party routine, and possibly omit some party activities in order to have everything fit within the hour. We ask that you try to be as accurate as possible with your party guest estimation to allow our princess to best plan her itinerary for your party.

Discipline and child participation: Our characters are hired to perform and entertain at your party or event. The client is responsible for monitoring the needs of the children or handling any disrupting behaviour.


Allergies: It is the client’s responsibility to inform Once Upon A Princess Party of any allergies to food, or products such as makeup or temporary tattoos. Clients understand that Once Upon A Princess Party is not responsible for any allergic reactions or allergies that may occur during the event.

Liability: The client agrees to hold and keep harmless Once Upon A Princess Party and its performers from the rare instance of any and all bodily injuries and/or property damages caused by the performer and/or their guests.

Weather Conditions: In the rare case that there is severe inclement weather (snow, rain, wind etc.) Once Upon A Princess Party reserves the right to postpone your party to a new mutually agreed upon date.


Performer Preference: At Once Upon A Princess Party we have a wonderful cast of talented performers. Any specific performer requests will be taken into consideration but cannot be guaranteed.


Performer Rights: At Once Upon A Princess Party the safety of our performers is paramount. If at any time a performer feels that they are in an unsafe, threatening, or harmful environment, they reserve the right to leave the party with full payment from the client.
