What does the princess need while at the party?
Our princesses are able to perform in many different areas. Whether in a living room, hall, indoor playground, or park, our princesses are able to create a magical atmosphere. However, while at the party the princess will require an area cleared for activities, a chair, and a nearby outlet to plug in her music.
Am I able to have the party outdoors?
We recognize that during the summer you may want to take advantage of the beautiful weather and have the party outside. Our princesses are certainly able to perform outdoors. We only ask for a clean and shaded area for the princess so that she does not become over heated, along with a chair for her to sit, and an extension cord for her to plug in her music.
What is the best age for a princess party?
We usually find princess parties with children between the ages of 3-8 are the most magical. However, our characters are loved by people of all ages!
How far in advance should I book my party?
In order to ensure that you are able to get your desired date, time, and character we recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance. Certain characters book very quickly. However we are often able to accommodate last minute bookings and will try our best to fit you in for your desired time.
How do I book a party?
The easiest way to request a party booking is by completing our online booking form. You may also email us at email@example.com or call us at 647-952-9474.
After receiving all party details we will determine whether your preferred date, time, and character are available, and send a request for confirmation and to pay a deposit of $50. Bookings cannot be completed without all required details and a received deposit.
How do I pay the princess?
A non-refundable booking fee/deposit is required a the time of booking in order to secure your spot. The remaining balance of your party can be made the day of the party by placing cash in an envelope and giving it to the princess at the end of the party as a "thank you" card. This allows the magic to be maintained throughout the entire visit.
How many children can I have at my party?
We have no limit on the number of children per party. However, our signature party is designed for 5-15 children. If there are more than 15 children at the party, the princess may need to adjust the party routine, or omit some elements, in order to have everything fit within the hour. If you have more than 15 guests at your party we recommend adding additional time or booking a second princess.
Should I tip the performer?
Gratituity is not included in our party package pricing. Tipping is not required, however if you feel that your performer provided an exceptional performance it is always GREATLY appreciated.
Do you do special events for charities, or volunteer organizations?
Here at Once Upon A Princess we strongly believe in giving back to the community and helping those in need and do have a budget set aside for special charity events. Please contact us with any questions about possibly attending your upcoming charitable event.
